3bdd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 3bdd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the 3bdd website at https://3bdd.club, including all gaming, betting, account management, payment, and promotional services made available through the Platform. By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them. 1. Eligibility

To register and use 3bdd, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 3bdd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or close your account if any eligibility requirement is found to be unmet, either at the time of registration or subsequently.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at registration or at any subsequent time.
• You must be acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent for or on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information. Any false or misleading information may result in account termination without refund.
• You must not be prohibited from using online gaming services under any applicable law in your jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure your use of 3bdd complies with all local laws.

3bdd strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. If there is any reasonable suspicion that a registered user is under 21, 3bdd may suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and require satisfactory proof of age before reinstating access. In cases where a minor is confirmed to have used the Platform, all funds in the account will be forfeited and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for deposits, wherever technically possible, as an anti-money-laundering measure.
• 3bdd does not charge platform fees on withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 3bdd's control.
• 3bdd processes withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times depend on the selected payment method. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically completed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.
• 3bdd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud, or any other compliance obligation.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus terms.
• Registering a 3bdd account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false personal information during registration.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, security systems, or game logic.

3bdd employs monitoring systems to detect unusual or suspicious activity on the Platform. Where such activity is detected, 3bdd may freeze the relevant account, delay pending transactions, and conduct an investigation before taking further action. 3bdd's decisions in matters of account closure and balance forfeiture related to prohibited conduct are final, subject only to a formal written appeal submitted to [email protected] within fourteen (14) days of the relevant decision.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3bdd Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of 3bdd or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Unauthorised use of any 3bdd intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable law.
